I came to coaching through a break-up. It turned out the break-up was much bigger than my partner, it was a break up with the entire paradigm I’d been living in. Since that moment, I’ve adopted a son on my own, redone a house, launched a business, become a reiki practitioner, and written half of a book. Through coaching, meditation and reiki, I have shifted my axis from head to heart. But most of all, I have claimed my whole self. I was good at my old gigs, Chief Strategy Officer at advertising agencies like Wunderman Seattle, Deutsch LA, the community and W+K. But I never was fulfilled.
